Using this website
These terms apply to your use of askevie.com and to joining the Evie early-access list. They do not cover a subscription to Evie. Those terms will be shared before anyone signs up for a plan.
About us
Evie is run by We Are Four Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16582083, whose registered office is 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. Evie is our product. You can contact us at evie@wearefour.co.uk.
Using the site
You may use this site to find out about Evie and to join the early-access list. Please do not misuse it, for example by trying to get unauthorised access, introducing anything harmful or copying the site’s content for commercial use.
We may change, suspend or withdraw the site at any time. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.
This site and the early-access list are intended for businesses. By joining the list on behalf of your company, you confirm you are authorised to share its details with us.
The early-access list
Joining the list is free and does not commit you or your company to buying anything. It also does not create a contract for us to supply Evie.
Companies on the list will be offered 20% off the annual plan at launch. The offer is limited to one per company, cannot be transferred or combined with other offers, and applies on the terms of the Evie subscription agreement. We will confirm the details of that offer, including how long it applies and any deadline to take it up, before you sign up. Pilot places are limited, and we choose pilot partners at our discretion.
We use the details you give us as described in our privacy notice.
You can leave the list at any time by emailing evie@wearefour.co.uk or using the opt-out link in our emails.
Information on this site
We describe Evie as accurately as we can. Some features are marked as coming soon and may change before they are released. Screens and figures shown on this site use sample data and are not results from real customers. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and exclude VAT unless we say otherwise.
Statistics from other organisations are credited to their source. We are not responsible for the content of websites we link to.
Intellectual property
The Evie name, logo, illustrations, video, text and design of this site belong to We Are Four Group Ltd or our licensors. You may view and share links to the site, but please do not reuse its content without our permission.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback about Evie, you agree we may use them freely, without payment or obligation to you.
Our liability
This site is provided free of charge for information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, data or opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. We do not guarantee that the site is free from viruses or other harmful code. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
